Fuel saving and fuel efficiency
Fuel saving system for fleets and industry
Comet Fuel Saving System (CFSS) is a fuel saving device engineered to reduce fuel consumption in diesel and gas driven operations — long-haul trucks, transport fleets, construction and mining equipment, generators and industrial plants. Every deployment starts with a measured baseline and ends with a signed verification report.

What fuel saving technology actually has to prove
Fuel is the single largest controllable cost in transport and heavy industry, which is why the market is full of fuel saving devices with claims and no data. CFSS is sold the opposite way: we measure your current fuel consumption first, install afterwards, and compare the same duty cycle before and after.
Fuel economy is reported in the units your operation already uses — L/100 km for road fleets, litres per engine hour for heavy equipment, and fuel per unit of output for plants and generators.
- Documented baseline of fuel consumption before installation
- Installation during a planned service window, no downtime
- Comparative report signed by both sides after the agreed run
Where diesel fuel savings come from
CFSS improves the combustion process itself. Because the effect sits in combustion rather than in driver behaviour or routing, diesel savings are delivered on every kilometre and every engine hour, independent of who is driving or which shift is running.
That makes the technology equally applicable to a long-haul truck at constant load, a mining truck climbing a bench, a wheel loader in short cycles, or a boiler running continuously.
Verified results, not projections
Independent testing at JKP GSP Belgrade recorded 9.14% lower fuel consumption on commercial buses. Serbia Cargo measured 20.6% lower diesel consumption in rail traction, and Toplana Niš reported a 12% higher efficiency rate on its plant. Every document is published in full on the references page.

Calculate your fuel savings
Enter average fuel consumption and annual distance — the calculator shows the guaranteed minimum fuel saving on liquid fuels.
2.940 L
Litara uštede godišnje, garantovano kao minimalan rezultat. U praksi najčešće 8–12%.
17.150 L
FAQ
Questions we are asked most
How much fuel can we realistically save?
The contractual guarantee is a minimum 7% on liquid fuels and 5% on gas. In practice, measured fuel savings on diesel most often land between 8% and 12%.
Does the fuel saving device work on any diesel engine?
CFSS is configured per engine class, fuel type and load profile, and has been deployed on trucks, buses, locomotives, mining machinery, generators and industrial burners.
How is the fuel consumption reduction verified?
Through a documented before-and-after comparison of the same duty cycle, using your own refuelling, odometer, engine-hour or plant data.
Start with a measured baseline
We propose a reference measurement on a part of your fleet or one plant. If the measured fuel saving does not match the guarantee, there is no reason to continue.
