Why construction equipment needs its own measurement

Distance means nothing on a site. A loader working short cycles and an excavator holding load for hours are compared on litres per engine hour and litres per unit of work moved, using the machine's own hour counter and refuelling records.

CFSS acts on combustion, so the saving is delivered while the machine works under load — exactly where the diesel bill is generated.

How is the saving measured on machines without an odometer?

Through litres per engine hour on the same duty cycle, using the machine's hour meter and refuelling records before and after installation.

Does the machine have to stop working for installation?

No. Installation is scheduled inside a planned service interval so production is not interrupted.

Does it also apply to site generators?

Yes. Diesel and gas gensets are a standard CFSS application, verified on generator sets in the UAE.
