How to reduce fuel consumption in a truck fleet

Truck fuel consumption depends on engine, load, terrain and driving style. Driver training and route planning help, but they hit a ceiling. CFSS works on the combustion process, so the fuel consumption reduction is delivered on every kilometre, whoever is behind the wheel.

How much fuel does a truck use per year?

It depends on the application: a long-haul truck covering 120,000 km at around 33 L/100 km burns close to 40,000 litres of diesel. The calculator on this page gives the exact figure for your vehicle.

Does it work on Euro 5 and Euro 6 engines?

Yes. Measurements have been carried out on both Euro 5 and Euro 6 vehicles, including the independent test at JKP GSP Belgrade.

Does installation affect the vehicle warranty?

The installation does not interfere mechanically with the powertrain and is performed by a certified technician. We review the details for your vehicle type before installation.
