Haul trucks spend most of their fuel climbing loaded. Because CFSS acts on combustion rather than on operator behaviour, the saving is delivered exactly in that phase, across every shift and every operator.
Reporting uses litres per engine hour and litres per tonne hauled, taken from your dispatch and refuelling systems.

Does dust and heat affect the unit?
The unit is configured for the operating environment and has been running on open-pit equipment and in Gulf-climate industrial plants.
How long before we see a result?
A comparable measurement period on the same haul cycle is usually enough; the full potential is visible after roughly 90 days of operation.
Can it be applied to on-site power generation?
Yes. Diesel and gas generator sets are a standard application, with a guaranteed minimum 5% saving on gas.
